Please allow us 48 hours to process your order. We want to make sure everything is just right before it heads out the door!

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes, please email us at hello@salana.com.au if you have any questions

Please keep in mind, we can't take accountability for any parcel disappearances or unexpected delays caused by our trusty Auspost pals or if there's a little hiccup with your address during checkout.

Return to Sender: If a parcel takes an unexpected U-turn back to us, there'll be a little extra shipping fee involved. We want to make sure your goodies find their way home safe and sound!

Please remember if you are ordering internationally, Salana isn't responsible for pay for any duties or taxes.

Now, let's talk about the shipping rates and time lines

• Shipping Options: We offer both regular and express shipping via Auspost.

Domestic:

• Standard: $10 flat rate, with free shipping for orders over $200. Expect your goodies to arrive in 2-4 days if you're in the same state, or 3-6 days if you're sending some love across state lines.
• Express: For those who just can't wait, we offer express shipping at $15, or free for orders over $200. Zip across the same state in 1-2 days, or send your package flying interstate in 1-3 days!

International:

• Standard International: order Salana internationally for $20, and your package will reach its destination in 5-10 business days.

And last but not least, tracking your order is as easy as pie! Once we send your package on its way, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with your tracking number. Simply plug that number into Auspost's tracking system, and voila! You'll be able to follow your package's every move.
