There is something wrong my order

Can I cancel my order?
Once you've placed your order, it's locked in and can't be canceled. But don't sweat it! If you need to make a return or exchange, we've got a super easy and fast process for that here.
Buying/using gift cards
In order to use your gift card, just punch in your gift card code at checkout!
Gift cards are digital only and can't be refunded.
Care instructions
Clean your acetate sunglasses with our polishing cloth.
Store them in a protective case when not in use to prevent damage.
Handle them with care, avoiding extreme temperatures and exposure to harsh chemicals.

Can I change my delivery address?
We process our orders super quickly so unfortunately cannot change your address once you have placed your order

Do I have to pay for shipping for my return/exchange?
Yep, if you're looking to return or swap out your Salana shades, you'll need to cover the shipping fee to send them back to us.
I have a faulty product
If there's something strange with your order, email us up directly at hello@salana.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with images of your faulty product.
