At Salana, we want you to love your sunglasses. If for any reason you wish to request a refund or exchange due to a change of mind, here's the refined rundown on navigating our Returns and Exchange Policy:

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must submit your return or exchange request via our website within 30 days of receiving your order.
Full-price orders are eligible for a 100% full refund, while sale items are eligible for store credit.
Your order must be unworn and in new condition, including the original packaging, to qualify for a refund or exchange.


Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our website and navigate to the Returns & Exchanges section.
Follow the prompts to submit your request, providing all necessary details, including your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.


Faulty Items:
If your order is faulty, please contact Salana directly through hello@salana.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include images of the product as it was originally received.
Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.


Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Refund solutions
- Refund to original payment method.
- Refund to store gift card.
- Refund to your store credit.


How soon will I get my refund?
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns or exchanges.
- For faulty items, Salana will cover the cost of return shipping.
